In which areas do we deliver?
We of course deliver our packages to Germany but also to the entire EU. For all deliveries to Switzerland, the service of MeinEinkauf.ch can be used.
Unfortunately, we do not send to pack stations, as the dimensions of the packages are too large.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are always automatically added to your shopping cart and the overview of the applicable shipping costs is displayed at all times in the shopping cart.
Our flat shipping rate for all deliveries within Germany is 4.99€ (free delivery within Germany for all orders over 99.90 EUR)
For all countries within the EU, we charge a flat rate of 14.99€.
For all non-EU countries, we charge a flat rate of 19.99€.
How long is the delivery time?
The expected delivery time is indicated on the product itself. As a rule, our delivery times are 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
For AirleXX beds, the delivery time is 7-10 working days, as the special upholstery requires a longer production time
In case of further delivery delays, we will of course inform you immediately.

We offer many secure payment methods.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, but for an order value of 99.90€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Revocation & Return
How long can I return the item?
You can return your order within 14 days. Please make sure, however, when returning that the ordered item was only tried on and has not absorbed any odors.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged to me?
If you are ever dissatisfied with your dog bed, or notice a quality defect, you can of course always feel free to contact us.

How does the return work?
If you want to return one or more items, sending information about our return form to us can speed up processing. A confirmation of the return from our side is not necessary. After the form has been completed, the items can be sent to the following address using a shipping service of your choice:

Who pays for the return shipping?
As long as the goods are not damaged or have a quality defect, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

How can I reset my password?
1. In the login screen of our online shop, the email address must be entered.
2. You must click on "Forgot password?"
3. A "Reset Password" window will open where the email address must be entered again and "Reset" must be clicked.
4. Then an email will be sent to the specified email address.
5. In the email, you must click on "Reset your password".
6. Then the new password can be set and you can log in with the newly set password.
