Many of you know me from various dog fairs and are usually advised at our booth by my wife Heike or by me. During the week, you will mostly find me in our production, where I also sit at the sewing machine myself or develop new products with our team.

Many of you will know my voice who have contacted us by phone with a question or needed advice about our products. You can meet me personally at dog fairs or in our store.

Furthermore, I have an overview of all the materials we need for the production of all products and am responsible for their purchase.

Online presence and office

Anyone who has already sent us an email will have received a response from me. I am responsible for our written customer service. Personally, I am often found in our retail store or at our trade show booth. I manage our online shop and all other platforms where we offer our products, such as Amazon and Etsy.

Production and cutting

If you place an order with us, it is part of my duties to cut it and pass it on to our sewing department. But you can also often find me at the sewing machine. Once all orders are cut and sewn, I check everything again and pass the order with the appropriate order form to our shipping department.
